I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

miserable cold

I still have a cold. Now it has gone into my chest and it hurts to cough. I just want to be done with it already.

I have stayed op all week and gotten on the treadmill except for one day that I just didn't feel good.

I am hoping for a loss tomorrow. It would mean a lot.
