I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

Week 13

I have completed 12 weeks of WW's and I have lost 17.6 lbs! In Atkins time I would have lost 30 lbs. But then it didn't stay off me either and I wasn't happy with what I couldn't eat.

The key to WW's is that I can eat whatever I want if I want it. Another key is that we are not dieting we are living life! The diet mentality does not work over the long haul.

Those who are serious about losing weight will stick to the healthy guidelines and exercise.

The last time I did the points system about 5-8 years ago, I was not as serious as I am now for some reason. I was having a hard time eating all the healthy foods. I was busy trying to work my points so I could have the stuff I wanted. You can do that but you won't lose much.

I feel much better after my wi on Tuesday and I lost 2 lbs! Last week I gained a pound and I was not in a good state all week. I still need to work on my mentality.
