I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

This will be my blog about my journey to those lands.

Stayed the same

I stayed the same. Well all I can say is it is better than a gain. I couldn't deal with a gain. I am still op and exercising according to plan. The only difference is the aforementioned stress.

The person who weighed me in at WW's yesterday was very nice. I mentioned the added stress of hubby at home on injury and she agreed that stress changes everything in your body and nothing works the same, including weight loss. Even if it was BS it was a nice thing to say to me.

I have read articles on the internet since that confirm it. Stress does cause reactions in your body that could cause the weight loss to slow down.

From what I read I think exercise is the best remedy. So I probably need to try to do more than I have been doing. Now that the weather is better I could add an outside walk to my routine.

I hope to get back to the business of losing weight and my goal for Memorial Day is to reach my 10% goal. That might be ambitious now but I will leave it as my goal.
