Today was another Callanetics workout day, i did the 15 mins maintence plan(from memory) because i lent my book to Nicole,lets hope i get it back.......I was a little stiff because yesterday i did Super Callanetics, i was so sore afterwards! I did almost all of the exercises expect for a couple which i skipped,still can't do the slipts........but i got through it with no problem. my behind tho felt like it was on fire! And today my thighs, my thighs! were sore, my abs also sore and underarms feel sore! I could have skipped but i wanted to do Callanetics while Maiya was asleep, and pete & Kristina...
