So its Feb now St-Valentine's day is coming soon, hmmm. I went on the callanetics.com and was reading through the FAQ, i came across the Cardio part and they said to do the Cadrio-Callanetics Mon, Wed, Frid & Tues, Thurs, Sat for the Callanetics Evolution for 6x a week and you will trim up quickly. I'm going to give it a try for a while maybe for the whole month of Feb just to see what happens. I will take my measurements to tomorrow then in 1 one from now see if there is any difference. My WOE for the past week is not the greatest,but i have added whole grains in & i have Lean Cuisine meals plus lots of salad and veggies. I just have to put down the bag of Cheetos! Damn those Cheetos, sooo good
