It's 2008

wow. 2007 flew by. if i had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't, though. except for sarah.... I would re-live every moment with her. she's my precious, fabulous, beautiful, smart and amazing niece.

so i'm back.... bells palsy kicked my butt last year for a little while... stunted my growth & plans, but i'm healing. everything is coming back... slowly, but it's coming back.

i cooked all day yesterday, preparing for two induction weeks... maybe more. one of the problems i forsee is my annual trip to sf. we leave on the 10th. we walk everywhere, though, so i will stay on plan as much as i can without sacrificing the foods i love so much there. and then get back on induction when i get home.

by "stay on plan as much as i can", i mean, induction. there will be things i eat while in sf that would be in the maintenance section of atkins book. but i will stay away from sugar, except for a tiny portion of gellto

today i weighed 173.6

i feel fat.

but i put my tennis shoes on when I got up. gotta go clean and put away some of the christmas decorations...
