Kids are good weight loss tools.

I am starving right now! All I had for breakfast was half a banana because the kids ate the rest of it. They are the best calorie-savers! Everything I eat gets cut in half, or it takes me so long to eat it that it's not worth it.

I stepped on the scale this morning, just to get an idea of how I'm doing with all the processed foods I've had to eat this past week, and I was under my 10%! I really hope it sticks until Sunday so I can get my nifty keychain! *crosses fingers*

The good news, though, is that we went grocery shopping finally. Since we filed our change of address, my paycheck was a few days late, but we finally got it. I have fresh foods again! Bread, milk, cheese, chicken, veggies, and fruit! I brought some fruit to make a fruit salad with the kiddies here for snack today.

After work I am going to go work out, then DH and I have to go shopping. We need a few things for the new place, and I want a Wii Fit now. I hope we can find one! If not, it will have to wait, but I will be grumpy.

When my kids were little I gained more weight trying to finish off what they didnt eat. Now that mine are 15 (and he is a football playing boy) and the other is 10...its like if you dont get some of it the day we bring it home....forget about it, its gone!
