Angel food cake! Needs renaming!

Angel food cake really shouldn't have such a sweet, happy name ... it's much more evil than it seems ... my dad and brother came by our new place last night, so, since I wanted to try to be a good hostess, I cut up some strawberries and sprinkled them with splenda and asked Eric to bring home an angel food cake and fat free whipped toping. We had coffee and strawberry shortcake, and then a slice of the cake made its way into my hand right before bed.

At least it was only 1 slice, 3 pts, and I had them to spare. Still ... I didn't need it. Ah, well. It was good, and I enjoyed it, and it could have been a lot worse. But if I want that 10% keychain next Sunday, I better get rid of that cake tonight!
