My Journey from the old me to a new me ...
*Pats self on back repeatedly*

(If you read my WW thread entry today, ignore this part: )
Well, I'm back from my weigh in ... and I was down 1.2 lbs for the week, a total of 23.2 in the last 2 months.
I'm sorry ... I'm just REALLY proud of myself!
I was looking at my weight tracker progress chart, and I am soooo close to my 10% now ... I can't hardly wait to get that keychain!
At the meeting, I noticed that the points calculators they sell now have a daily point tracker built in, and I went ahead and bought one. This is EXACTLY what I need! I have used the quick track system thing (where you write down exactly what you eat and keep track of the points on paper) and I use the online points tracker, and it works for me during the day, but I get lazy with the pen and paper, and for a good bit of the day I don't have access to my computer because I'm too busy, so this little calculator is perfect! I can stash it in my pocket (I HAVE to have pockets in my clothes or I feel naked) and stay on track!
Now, if only they made a points tracker pedometer with a points calculator and daily point tracker built into it ... and maybe a cell phone built in, too ... and mp3 player ...
(For anyone on the WW thread, that is the end of the c&p
)
Anyway, here's the plan for the day:
B: WW bar and apple (3)
L: Sushi! California rolls with extra ginger (9)
D: The great unknown! I should figure it out ...
I have some turkey that should be just defrosted in time for dinner, so ground turkey .. taco seasoning ... tortilla ... turkey tacos! *figures up points right quick)
D: turkey tacos (7)
salad with dressing (1)
d: Chocolate muffin and coffee (4)
Total: 24
That leaves a lot of extra points ... I'm sure I'll have a snack this afternoon, though. I better come back in a bit and repost.
