My Journey from the old me to a new me ...
Sesame Street taught me everything I needed to know!

Yup. Maria and Rosa taught me Spanish, Mr. Hooper taught me about work ethics, Big Bird taught me how to play nice with my friends, Snuffalupagus taught me that big can be beautiful, and Cookie monster taught me that it's ok to eat plates full of cookies in one sitting.
Ok, so maybe I didn't need Cookie Monster's lessons, but what's done is done. I do love me some cookies, though.
I am being good today, but I need to get rid of the s'mores fixins at my house. I dreamed of them last night ... and that's not a good sign ... But ... ooooh, they were tasty.
But, looking and feeling good is better than one of those, so they are getting chucked today.
I'm not as hungry today as I was yesterday or the day before, which is usual ... I generally have a few days of feeling ravenous, and then a day or two of feeling hardly any hunger at all. If only my body would make up its mind! I am going to start posting my menus here so that I have a little added accountability.
Here's the plan:
B - Cereal in FF milk, coffee (4)
L - 1 svg Turkey Enchilada Pie (4)
1 small baked sweet potato, mashed (2)
D - 1 svg Turkey Enchilada Pie (4)
1 cup mixed greens
2 TBS FF ranch
dessert - Smart Ones chocolate cake (4)
snacks: WW chocolate smoothie with ff milk (3)
21 points there, and I will have a fruit with dinner as well.
I have no fruits with me today, but I will pick some up after my workout. Some apples and bananas probably ... yum!
