Back to the doctor today and I have dropped 12 more. This is easy, almost too easy. Maybe this is the Golden shot or whatever it is everyone talks about. The first time someone loses on a low carb diet is supposed to be the easiest, then if they gain it back it's supposed to be much more difficult the second time around. But, evidently, if you screw it up the first time then the second time around is gold.
My diet has not changed much, eggs and sausage for breakfast, usually two medium sized hamburger patties with cheese and some sort of vegetable or a small salad for lunch. Supper is more of lunch. late night snack is usually a can or two of Vienna sausages.
