Week two has gone by and things keep getting better. I have no trace of feeling bad, I am sleeping better, I do have more energy, and the belt has been taken up a notch.
The only problem I have is boredom with the food choices. I am way too lazy to attempt the pseudo gourmet dishes presented in low carb cookbooks. Who on Earth but Martha Stewart has Capers just lying around? I am also too cheap to buy steaks and chops so I guess I will continue shopping at the local discount grocery store and Wally World.
