I AM PROUD OF MYSELF!!!

I didn't get to finish my workout last night b/c of the fire alarm, so tonight when I went in I finished my 3 laps and in addition I did 30 min on the elliptical!! I feel unstoppable right now. I am just praying that I continue to have this excitement even after the challenge is over.

Workout Last Night

I went to the gym with the intention of finishing 30 minutes on the track or 12 laps whichever came first, well I managed to complete 10 laps and 27 mins. Someone pulled the fire alarm at the gym. With it already being 7:30pm I did not want to sit around to wait for the fire truck to finish it's inspection so I left..

Workout for Tonight

I finished out the day with a 30min trip on the elliptical and 2 laps around the track. I was happy about that.

Not Eating Enough

I have run into a problem with not eating enough. I have been trying not to let that 1 pound weight gain this week bother me, but in actuality it is bugging the heck out of me. I have sat back and though about what I ate over the past week and I have come to the conclusion that it was not nearly enough food. Watching the BL and listening to the trainer's tips, I realize that I have to eat at least 4 small meals a day to consistently lose otherwise my body will freeze up. I know some do not believe in starvation mode, but there is just no other explanation for the gain. I can remember one day of...
