Today is my 15th wedding anniversary...in case you were wondering why I have been M.I.A...this is the reason...I went to Edible Arrangements this morning and placed an order for a SF chocolate covered strawberry arrangement...it will be ready this afternoon! I am making another oopsie cake...instead of the jello, I am adding protein powder and imitation strawberry extract...I hope it is yummy!

Well I really ate one waffle and I tasted the french toast I made for hubby!! YUM!! LC has never tasted do good!!

That's right, we received probably 4 more inches on the ground. This is unbelievable! I am not even going to say it...yes I am I AM SICK OF THE SNOW!! But I am thankful, it could be much, much worse!! So I am not going to complain.

I want to try waffles with the oopsie recipe, but I am waiting on a few clarifications. When they come through, I am going to run to the kitchen! They looked so good, and it had been a while since I had the pleasure of eating waffles! I am so looking forward to it.

I am beat...It is my prayer that this is my last bought with excessive weight. I am tired of the Yo-Yo. More that eating following the Atkins way, I want to be able to maintain regular workouts. This challenge has helped me get back in the groove of working out, but the challenge is over next weight...what will be my focus then??? I guess I will have to enter a new challenge...that's all to it...I do not plan to stop this time!
