Not Eating Enough
I have run into a problem with not eating enough. I have been trying not to let that 1 pound weight gain this week bother me, but in actuality it is bugging the heck out of me. I have sat back and though about what I ate over the past week and I have come to the conclusion that it was not nearly enough food. Watching the BL and listening to the trainer's tips, I realize that I have to eat at least 4 small meals a day to consistently lose otherwise my body will freeze up. I know some do not believe in starvation mode, but there is just no other explanation for the gain. I can remember one day of only having a diet soda for breakfast, a salad for lunch and maybe a flax muffin for dinner. I wasn't hungry and I had finals last week. Way to busy to think about eating. This week should be better for me. I have pondered over this long enough, I have to let it go and move on.
Today was not a good start either...for breakfast I had a cup of coffee!
Gotta do better!
