May 2: Day 2 Perfect Month Challenge

Today is Friday and I feel good. I have errands again today, but I am not going right out this morning. After I drop my daughter off at school, I am coming home to chill out and nap a little then head out about 12noon.

I am still on plan and I plan to stay that way for the rest of this month!

Menu

B: Egg Creme
L: Protein Shake w/ added fiber
D: wings and salad

BTW, I have been doing good on water comsumption! I am going to keep it up!
