Afternoon,

Dropping in really quick to say hello. I was busy over the weekend. Yesterday, my allergies got the best of me and had me in the ER for respiratory distress. It was hard for me to breathe. I never want to go through that again. Now I see what asthma victims deal with.

Good Morning All,

I am going in to work later today. I forgot all about my daughter having a half day, so I will need to pick her up from school. It's all good. I went to bed late last night and I am paying for it right now. So I could use a nap!

I realize I haven't posted my menu and exercise in a few days. I have to get back into doing that for my own tracking purposes.

Still hanging in there for our challenge. I am hoping for a good result on May 15. We shall see. If not, then that's ok too. I am no longer a slave to the stupid scale. I know my clothes are fitting differently!

Today is a wonderful day. I was awakened at 4:18a.m. by my son. I didn't get out of bed until 5am though. I guess he must have had a really good nights rest and decided it was time to get up. Anyway, so today was day one on my new job. I can already tell that I am going to like it. SCJ is a huge company. Larger than I could have imagined, and the people I work with are really nice. The campus I work on has so many buildings to it, including a fitness center!!! It is so convenient to get off work and workout. I really like that idea. Now let me see if I can get out of paying the current...
