Day 4 Jillian Michael's Shred

Ok, I have a confession. I was too busy to get my workout in yesterday. I didn't do it first thing yesterday morning anf being it was Saturday and my daughter had a friend over and I had a "date" last night I was busy. I should have known better.

Anyway, now I have to punish myself. Today I will have to do 2 workouts to make up for yesterday. I am also in need of more water. After all, I celebrated and partook in more than I had desired. It wasn't that bad, it was one meal and I didn't make a whole day of it neither did I make a weekend of it! Which it what usually happens. I am kind of hoping it will shock my system into losing more.

After we had dinner and the comedy show, my husband wanted to go to the club?? It was already midnight. He was still in the partying mood. Normally I would have said let's go, but we are in a new neighborhood so I wanted to get back to the kids and the fact that my cold was not cooperating with me. I hope I didn't look like a party pooper to him.

I am not weighing at all this week. TOM is in the house. It is going good so far, I am not craving any darn sweets!
