Today is a beautiful day in the Lord! I should begin all of my blog post with that statement. What he has promised me for my life I am very thankful for. I have a few things to be thankful for. Last night before we went to bed, out of the blue, my husband asked me to pray with him. We said our individual prayers, but I was blown away b/c he hardly ever does that. But thank God he knows what he has to do!!!

Menu
B: Shake
L: grilled steak and salad
D: not sure!

Workout
I may be riding my bike or getting in a program.
I know we are taking a walk after dinner, it is just to nice not to be outside!
