Re-Examining My Workout

I have been really slacking off working out. I have gotten some time in this week, but it has not been nearly enough! I like the Jillian Michaels work out, but it is a killer!! She makes you work for the entire 20 minutes. I never thought calisthenics could be hard. I need to stop being a PUNK and just do it!! My eating it on point, but major progress in being healthy comes from a combination of the two. I am posting everyday to help stay accountable.
