Good Morning!!
Spring is definitely in the air and I am loving it!!! It is supposed to be 46 degrees here today!! Whooo heatwave!!
I am about to break out my sandals!! 
Sike!! But I have seen individuals here wearing flip flops! I am like are you crazy!! There is still snow on the ground! Anyway, I am really feeling the sun and warmer weather. I am going to get my workout in (RIGHT NOW) then clean these carpets and go wash my truck! Can ya tell I am excited?? 
Well all be blessed today and everyday!!

Nice to see you all pumped and full of life this morning. Good for you  . I know you and your family will be happy when the move is over and you all can enjoy your home. You deserve it.I'm pumped as well. I feel great about the changes I'm making in my life and I'm more motivated to get dolled up these days and you know as the Resident Shopper, I've been picking up more after clothing. Hope you enjoy your workout and get the things taken care of today that you want to. I'll chat with you soon  . |

Menu for Today
B: Sausage/Coffee MS: Protein Shake L: Buffalo Wings D: ??? I made a protein shake and let me tell you, I thought I was eating some cheesecake. Here is the recipe: 1 scoop Designer's Whey Splenda to taste Water (enough for a serving) 1 oz cream cheese Strawberry Flavor Vanilla Flavor Strawberry Crystal Light Ice OMG, it tastes like I am drinking a strawberry cheesecake shake!! I was having a problem getting the shake to be thick and have that milkshake consistency...I found it!! The answer was cream cheese!! YUM! |

Definite Prayers are In NEEDMy 11 year old daughter came to me last night and asked if I knew one of her friends were gay would I still allow her to be friends...I asked her how does she know she is gay. Then she said well she is not gay she's bi!! Now her friend is 12. My daughter told me that her friend has already been on 2 dates with another female!!! I don't know what this world is coming to but our children are being exposed too so much sin that it is not funny! I am about to lose my mind...so please pray with me!!

Pray...just pray....we're not here to judge...not our place..but pray...loving with that Christlike love...we may not agree with the sin...but the person, the soul still can become a child of God....so it's sensitive but we need to always remain Christlike....
My cousin came out last year to the entire family....wow...he was tough for doing so and some people in my family wanted to be put him out...my mom being the lovely woman of God she is prayed....still loved him but he knew that the sin was sin....he totally understands it... But it amazes me that my family members and friends who call themselves christians were ready to attack kick him out etc and I'm baffled because the way I see it sin is sin...adultery. fornication..lying..stealing..God sees it all the same....and we pray that he saves them..why can't he save the homosexual..... He can truly do all things! I've already sent my prayers up for you...he will give you the words to say concerning your daughter......it truly is the last days......2 dates already???? wow |

Girl it is scary!! That is what I told me daughter. What her friend is doing is sin, but I can't judge her and I was not going to stop her from being her friend. What example would I be setting if I taught her to ban, ridicule and judge people that do not share the same beliefs. There is just so much in the world today, that it gets hard. I pray for them when they leave for school and ride the buses and I pray for them when they sleep at night. Our job is never done. Girl my oldest daughter is coming up on her 16 birthday and my husband wants so bad to buy her a car...but me letting that negative energy enter me thinks about all the bad that comes with that...I have good kids, and I am not saying that b/c they are mine. It is true...Thanks for the reminder to spend time with Jesus and pray!

I know I may sound like a hypercrit, but when I can try to encourage someone else I am all for it.
Don't let Stress get your Best! Marlette, my 11 year old son had a similar situation. He liked a girl in his school (in a very innocent way, praise Jesus) and another classmate told him that she was gay. He told me that another boy asked her and she in turn told him that she was Bi. What are children to do? I just told my son that she doesn't understand the nature of what she is saying and that she really just values her friendship. It's tough!!! Yes, you are a parent in deed! |
