It is TOM for me and I am craving BIG time...so I thought rather than screw up royally, I decided to go back to induction for a few days then pick up on ME after he is OUTTA here!
Reading the oopsie thread, I tried the cinnamon roll and it was DIVINE!! it nipped the sweet tooth in the bud and I am good, for the minute anyway!!

B: Tuna (weird huh??)
S: Cinnamon roll
L: steak salad
D: Tiliapia and broccoli
Aiming to down 64 oz of water today! Wish me luck!!!

Hey Marlette... TOM is in the bldging for me too. He appeared on my B-Day
 Anyho, I'm having Talapia and brocolli for lunch Cletra: I tried the califlower pizza over the weekend and it was off da chain!!!! I couldn't believe how good it was I was only able to eat one slice.... my babe finished the rest off. He could not believe the crust was made out of califlower (lol). |

Yes, I am a VERY picky eater (lol). But, the cauli pizza was DELISH
You are going to love it. I'm telling you. Rob could not believe the crust was made out of cauliflower. I also made him a 3 Minute Chocolate cake and topped it w/the same frosting you used on your oopsie cake. He was like, DAMN!!!!  Girl, I love this way of eating... it's awesome!!! |

LC is the bomb, if we would just hang in there and get over the cravings, we would do just fine...look at all the oldtimers here on this board!! I need to stop getting lazy with preparation...That is when I mess up...
Cletra, you GO girl with ME...I will be back in there probably by this weekend... I am so tired of hearing about Brett Favre and his retirement...these poeple here LOVE his drawers!! Football will be sad around here come September... |

Hey Marlette !
Good job on making the switch back to Induction. We are getting much better at this  . I agree that if we hang in there, stay prepared, and get creative; IT WILL WORK FOR US. I had Chicken Kitchen today for lunch and I just love their grilled chicken, but I'll have to prepare my own, cause it gets pretty pricey going there everyday, when I can get a pack of skinless chicken breast from Publix for like $5. |

Hey Lyn!! WTG with your food choices...LC can be expensive (I had to lay off Panera for a wile
 )...but it's worth it don't you think? Have fun on your trip...when will you come back?Wow..how I remember the beautiful Publix when I lived in FL...I miss their produce! |

I wear contacts when I dont wear glasses...cause I can't see w/o them....they're not colored....think color would be weird everyone I know would freak out.....
