Workout Tonight

35 min treadmill
10 min cross trainer

I am beat...It is my prayer that this is my last bought with excessive weight. I am tired of the Yo-Yo. More that eating following the Atkins way, I want to be able to maintain regular workouts. This challenge has helped me get back in the groove of working out, but the challenge is over next weight...what will be my focus then??? I guess I will have to enter a new challenge...that's all to it...I do not plan to stop this time!

I have an assignment to finish...
