Marlette, are the oopsie rolls really easy to make? I want to try the, but they seems a little difficult Where did you get the cream of tartar (misp) from I would really like to know, so I can try the rolls. Rob has resulted back to eating bread and I am freaking out!!! I have to find an alternative for him quick! Please help!!!!

There are REALLY EASY to make. It will take you 5 mins to mix the batter, then about 30 min to bake. I would recommend that you get some unflavored whey protein and add to the yolk mixture. It will give it more consistency. You will think that they are eggy and I know you do not like eggy things...Eating them on burger and sandwiches are the BOMB!! You never know you are not eating bread. I want to try the french toast versions...I just need to find the time. Gook luck and if they don't come out right on the first try, don't give up...they are worth it! Oh you can get the COT in the spice section of any grocery store.

Yes, I belive I will be using the xanthum more often! I am glad I have a use for it now, it cost me $9 BUCKS!! I bought it to make soups, but soups can be time consuming, so I haven't made any in a while...but adding it to the oopsies is easy...and like you said...no more runny eggs! That the big thing for me!

Thanks girl...prayers are always welcome and needed! I will do the same for you!

I ordered my muffin top pan and it gets here tomorrow...now my oopsies can be good and shaped better!

The recipe I tried was the broccoli mushroom soup form Linda Sue's website..I also made clam chowder a recipe I concocted myself...I just used some butter, garlic, heavy cream, clam juice, clams, pepper, chicken broth and chopped cauliflower to taste...I put it all in the pot with the xanthum gum and let it simmer...both soups are induction friendly and good!

I want a muffin top pan...I said I was going to look in Target to see if they had it here before ordering it offline..but when I went in there I forgot to look for it. I have to get one...

Target doesn't sell it in stores in NY they call it "shallow" muffin pans on their site...

Me too, it's weird people usually ask my name over and over and over again...it's annoying but I rather them ask than butcher it and call me creature like some have lol

3 large eggs
1 pkg Splenda
dash of salt
pinch of cream of tartar
3 ounces cream cheese (not Tbsp!) Do not soften!

I do use xanthan gum and it makes it much firmer so u can cut it in half otherwise you have to use 2 for a sandwich
