Day 5

Yesterday's menu:

Breakfast: boiled egg
Lunch: salad with ranch dressing, raw broccoli, cheddar cheese, raw cauliflower - pizza toppings
Dinner: grilled pork chop

Today's weight: 277.5

I went out to the local pizza place with my husband for lunch yesterday and I was pretty nervous about it. I already had a plan for what I was going to eat, but I was nervous that when I got there, I would feel overwhelmed and eat pizza, crust and all. I did fine, everything was delicious and I did not feel deprived at all.

Day 4 and allllllls wellllllll

Yesterday's menu:

Dinner: hot wings with ranch dressing

Today I weighed in at 179.5, so I've lost 5.5 pounds so far.

Day 3 of induction

I made it successfully through another day!

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: a few bites of bacon and eggs
Lunch: baked chicken, spinach with cheddar cheese
Dinner: same as lunch

This morning I weighed in at 181.5.

My Husband the Saboteur

My husband is so sweet and supportive of me! Well, most of the time. He does NOT support me in low carbing for whatever reason. He supports me in exercising, eating less, but not low carbing. So this time around I didn't even tell him what I was doing. He noticed...

I made it through my first day successfully.

Breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs

Lunch: pork roast, cabbage

Dinner: baked chicken leg, spinach

This morning my husband made bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I could only choke down a few bites. I felt sick looking at my plate, and I looked at the toast on my husband's plate and I wanted it. I'm moving ahead! I'm starting today with induction!

Weight today: 285

Measurements:
Neck: 18.5
Bust: 55
Waist: 52.5
Hips: 52
Arms: 19
Thighs: 32

I plan to do 20 minutes on the elliptical.
