2 Weeks Done

I've completed the 2 week induction, but plan to continue for a while. Hopefully the pounds will start to drop again soon.

Yesterday's menu
Breakfast: scrambled egg, sausage, bacon
Lunch: beef and cheese quesadilla
Dinner: taco salad

Weight today: 270

Let the whining commence...

My weight is back up to 271.5 today. It's day 14 and I haven't lost any weight at all this week. This has not happened to me before. I keep telling myself that it's just water, etc. But there's this little voice inside that says what if it isn't? What if this just won't work for me anymore and what if I may as well go ahead and eat those high carb snacks that I've been avoiding for the past 2 weeks? I feel so desperately stuck right now. I just had really high hopes for this 2 week induction period, especially after last week. I thought that I might even hit the 20 pounds lost...

Lunch: meat loaf, pizza toppings
Dinner: meat loaf, spinach, 2 dark chocolate squares

Today's weight is 273.5.

Lunch: chicken & spinach, green beans, meat loaf
Dinner: hot wings

Weighed in this morning at 272. AF made a surprise visit yesterday so it could be days before the scale moves in the right direction again.
