I've decide to pick a Long Term Goal and a Short Term Goal, (know as a LTG and a STG in the phys dys biz) on the way to the final goal of 150.
So my LTG is 50 lbs gone by mid June. That's seven months with less than 2 lbs a week. With excersize that should be managable. STG of 12 pounds by Christmas. I think that is do-able too.
Yesterdays menu went as planned with the following substitution: Skipped the wine and had an 1/8 cup toasted squash seeds
?? grams of carbs 1,000,000 grams of fiber lol. (I eat the shells) and a sugar free chocolate covered mint. Try...
