Yeah Dinners Ready!

Lost another four ounces. That seems about right four ounces a day. 4 times 7 is wait wait don’t tell me 28 which is 4 ounces short of my 2 pound a week goal. Lordy, I’ll have do more EXERCISE. Pooh. I know I will feel better, I know it is good for me, I know it will keep my bones dense and my BP down and help sculpt me a better looking body and I’ll have more energy and I’ll sleep better at night----taking a deep breath--- all of this for spending 45 to 60 minute at the gym 4 to 5 times a week. Or just getting out and walking and using my hand weights and theraband.
But I don’t wannnnnnaaaaaa.
Bummer.
I keep telling myself I will know when I will be ready to begin my physical program. I have pictured a mystical spiritual revelation. Incense might be burning. Cnadles will be flickering. My charkas will open and a message from Shiva or Buddha or St. Anthony or Sister Del Marie or somebody will come to me in the night -- with out waking me up please!!!—and they will anoint me with the celestial energy of the heavens which will propel me forward into my personal journey of ,,, oh you get the picture. I’m procrastinating and making excuses.
OK dinners ready. I’ll be Scarlet O’Hara and worry about this tomorrow. Yeah, another excuse.
