Carbo Mojo

Weighed myself today and I am down a half a pound since Friday. Not bad. Not a million pounds. Not a whoosh. But not a gain. And better yet when I got on it the scale did not scream “ONE AT A TIME! ONE AT A TIME!” especially since I was weighing myself at work! So it is all good.
No exercise today, I came home from work and took a 20-minute nap! I felt like I had been run over by a bus. I think I might be having late effect carb withdrawal? So today I ate some extra legal veggies. I am taking a multi and fish oil with every meal.
Menu Today-
B- Two Eggs Two slices Canadian Bacon Very Small piece of Cheese (Didn’t like fed to dog)
L- Protein Bar
S- Almonds
D- Steak 1/2 cup each Rutabaga and cauliflower and a small spinach salad
Dessert- 1 Glass white wine
Bought the T-givingTurkey last night. Looks like I am cooking the T-giving dinner. Bummer. I was hoping we could go to my son’s new house and leave all the leftovers there! But they have to work so I am cooking and cleaning and doing the whole Martha Stewart thing. It is the stuffing and the potatoes that are my potential downfall. Especially the potatoes. I’ll have to make a Voodoo Potato so they have no power over me. I’ll stick pins in it and chant something funky then……....stick it in a 450 oven for one hour…Cover it with Sour Cream and Butter ……….Ohhh Noooo it’s Carbo Mojo!
