Goals

I've decide to pick a Long Term Goal and a Short Term Goal, (know as a LTG and a STG in the phys dys biz) on the way to the final goal of 150.
So my LTG is 50 lbs gone by mid June. That's seven months with less than 2 lbs a week. With excersize that should be managable. STG of 12 pounds by Christmas. I think that is do-able too.
Yesterdays menu went as planned with the following substitution: Skipped the wine and had an 1/8 cup toasted squash seeds
?? grams of carbs 1,000,000 grams of fiber lol. (I eat the shells) and a sugar free chocolate covered mint. Try to avoid the sugar alchohols as a rule. I just have one a few times a week, too many keep the cravings alive for me. No chocolate at all makes my eyes go dead and I lose my will to live. Later on I will start making desserts again but I am trying to break the " What's for dessert habit?" That would be ME talking to MYSELF, btw.
Today's Menu:
Breakfast
Soy Bar
Coffee 1/2 decaf with cream and splenda
Water
Lunch
Tuna with mayo on bed of raw spinich
Iced Tea and Splenda
Water Water
Dinner
Stupid Squash with sausage and Tomato sauce (just a little) and olive oil and parmasen cheese
Side Salad
Dessert
Maybe I'll have that wine??
Taking a walk this PM. If I don't come back I've tried to walk to either the Dunkin Donuts or the Cold Stone Creamery. Please contact my family to send out a search party. I'll never make it that far on my own!!
