Restarting Low Carb 232 Today 150 Tomorrow

Well not TOMORROW, but you know what I mean.
Back to Atkins after losing 80 plus pounds and feeling fabulous . Some orthopedic injuries including a surgery and I'm back where I started. Well almost.

I'll start with my menu for today
Breakfast
Soy Drink No Sugar Low Carb
Coffee 1/2 Decaf 1/2 Reg Splenda & Heavy Cream
Don't send me any links, lol. I've read them all weighed my choices and after careful deliberation am trying an MD developed product for perimenopause with great results so far. I haven't tried to kill anyone in three whole days!

Lunch
Moussaka
With Xanath Gum as thickener (yummy)
Water Water Water
1/2 Cup Reg Tea Splenda splash milk
(felt guilty over milk didn't finish)
Dinner
Spagetti Squash with Shrimp Scampi
One Ice Tea w Spelnda
Dessert
One Glass White Wine
Funny story on the Spagetti Squash. Haven't cooked one in a couple of years. I had the shrimp ready to go and I thought I would dump the squash in with the garlic and oil and shrimp. I'm in the kitchen using a fork to seperate the squash onto a cutting board yelling "Something is WRONG with this SQUASH" "Something is DEFINATELY wrong with this stupid squash!!"
Went to my cook book to look up what was wrong with this stupid squash.... It was raw. Spaghetti squash will only string into "spaghetti" after it's cooked!! Nothing wrong with the stupid squash, the stupid cook however......

Tomorrow goals!
