Lost another four ounces. That seems about right four ounces a day. 4 times 7 is wait wait don’t tell me 28 which is 4 ounces short of my 2 pound a week goal. Lordy, I’ll have do more EXERCISE. Pooh. I know I will feel better, I know it is good for me, I know it will keep my bones dense and my BP down and help sculpt me a better looking body and I’ll have more energy and I’ll sleep better at night----taking a deep breath--- all of this for spending 45 to 60 minute at the gym 4 to 5 times a week. Or just getting out and walking and using my hand weights and theraband.
