got in a huge fight with my wife the other night. it was not good. I am an alcoholic.

I've lost her trust. I feel like sh*t. I don't know how to get it back. I love her and she still loves me, but this act is getting old. I never thought that drinking would make me lose anything, but right now I feel I'm closer than I've ever been to losing my family.

it is not a good feeling.

forgot to weigh this morning, will have to weigh tomorrow morning and call it that.

haven't been able to bike to work either since being back from vacation. it sucks. was sick a little last week with a stomach virus and this week has been crazy. just haven't made time to do the preparations and packing. hope to be able to tonight.

don't really expect that I've lost anything since last week, but the pants are feeling about the same, maybe a little tighter. haven't...

good to see that vacation didn't do too much damage. picked up a virus while on vacation so I feel a little icky, but I'll live.

hopefully weight loss will be aided by mowing season. we're quickly getting into the summer wet season here in florida where there's a good chance of rain every afternoon, and that means twice weekly lawn mowings usually.

only gained about 5 lbs while on vacation. not too bad for all the cheating done. still tried to stay away from sugar, but I wasn't able to stay away from breads that much.

oh twell, and now back to the regularly scheduled programming

marking my pre vacation weight here. won't be able to weigh on the same scale since I'll be out of town and I'm not gonna take it with me.

was 323.2 this morning, so the other day at 327 I must've just been having a bad hair day. hee hee.

I don't plan to go hogwild while on vacation or anything, but I'm not going to worry too much either. we'll see how much damage is done.
