I dunno if it's the CO I started on yesterday, or I just didn't make time to eat last night b/c I was so busy, but I was 315 tues, and 312.8 today.

so close to 40lbs lost I can smell it. will do some progress pics when I get there. hopefully will happen this week.

Remember that I'm not going by calendar months when I say 20 weeks is 5 months. I decided not to account for months that have more than 4 weeks so I just call every 4 weeks another month.

Regardless, I'm at 39.4 lbs lost since Mar 18 2008, so by that, it's actually less than 5 months.
