Holy Crap! 297.2

I just don't know what to say. part of me is jumping up and down, but the cynical part of me is like "ya, go ahead and enjoy it, you'll F it up by tomorrow and be back in the 300's."

here's hoping I won't. once I grab a foothold and stay here I'll be convinced.

I hit 299 waaaay back in Oct '08, but immediately went back up and bounced around 300-310 since and am finally back down.

ok Rich, let's stay there this time. no excuses.

whyTF can not I get over this effing 300 mark? I am so fed up with this BS. I have been bouncing around 300-310 since October and just have not been able to get past it.

It's like I have a setpoint or something that my body just doesn't want to get past. I reinducted this past monday and was at 301.6 and have steadily gained everyday this week and am now at 303 today. WTH?

I know, I know, you're not supposed to weigh daily, and the scale lies and all that BS, but c'mon! I gave up drinking this week so I could get under 300. That's got to count for something!...

Week 43

9.2lbs down since last week. I’ll take it.

Stayed clean last week for the most part, except for the Nat Champ Game. Rode 4 days to work last week, and went on a bike hash Sunday. It was effin great. It was only my second ride with those guys; I had broken my arm the first time I went out. Had a blast tho, am looking forward to more rides in the future.

Am at 301.6 even with all the junk food and beer I had at the hash too. It was a helluva ride, makes you wonder how low I’d be if I would have been able to resist the beer and chips. Some people’s...

Week 40

well, it's christmas eve and I weigh 303. I could sit here and wine about how I can't get past the 300's and into the 290's, but I won't. I know what my problems are that are keeping me from my goals but I continue to choose to do nothing about them so I can't ***** about it.

so, 10 months, 51lbs. I do get jealous when I read of other folks same success in much less time, but I remind myself of the choices I've made that are hindering my from achieving the same success. My doc is happy with my loss, so that's a plus, and overall I look and feel better so that's good too.

wow, it's been awhile since I posted here.

300.4

that is the lowest "official" weigh in I've had. I weigh regularly, and had gotten down to 299 back in October but it wasn't on a weigh in day.

I've just been stuck bouncing around the 300's for so long. I told myself: you're going to get in the 290's this week.

almost there.

nothing else too spectacular to report. normal life stuff goes on with the wife and kids, they're all doing great. I have a job offer I'm considering right now, but it would mean moving...
