it's my own fault, I've been eating like **** lately and now have to pay for it. so much for a 4th straight week at sub 300.

still sick, tho it's just congestion now and energy seems to be fine. from what I hear, everybody has it tho.

hopefullly will be able to bike to work all week this week, then Interbash is this weekend. That'll be fun, and I won't really watch what I eat, but whatevuh. your life is the sum of the choices you make.

honestly, I've kind of gotten bored with LC. all I eat is eggs for...

nice little 20 mile hash yesterday. still sick. frigging head cold has been hanging around for 3 weeks now.

haven't been as vigilant about making good choices lately. am definitely going through a lackadaisical (sp?) phase lately.

hope to get back on the bike this week biking to work. just haven't felt like biking in the chilly weather. under 60 degrees turns my blood to ice.

not too bad after all the sh*t I've been eating lately. Haven't ridden to work in about 2 weeks it seems like. Did go for a nice ride sunday morning.

I continue to love my lovely family, but they drive me effing crazy on the weekends. I think this is the first time I've posted two consecutive sub 300 weeks.

dayumn, biking 17'ish miles the day before weigh in will do something for you won't it? I think I was 302 sunday morning. went on another great hash yesterday. had a few beers, but they were Natty Lights, couple burgers without the bun and a hotdog. oh, and one choc chip cookie, but it wasn't that great.

ordered some 42x34 pants and am wearing them. that's down from a 54x32. also am wearing 2x shirts with no problem now, that's down from 3x.

keep it up.

this number is a little misleading when taken in context of just looking at weekly numbers. I went crazy and weighed just about every day last week. I started last monday at 301.6, then up to 303 by wednesday, then down to a new low of 297 on saturday. man, what a rollercoaster. I'm just so obsessed with getting and staying under 300.

but to be fair, the day before (sun) the 301.6 mark and I had junk food and a lot of beer so the bounce was understandable. This week, I stayed fairly clean over the weekend so hopefully I'll push right through this week.
