successfully got rid of the Disney weight so that's good. I keep waiting to see the scale finally read in the single digits.
Interesting to note that I weighed after disney and I was 317'ish, but after a few days it was all gone. Must've been like my wife said...just water weight.
So, I am still happy, the scale isn't moving like I'd like, but I have noticed my belt getting a little looser. Almost ready to make another notch in it.
Wish I knew how much muscle I was putting on. In addition to biking to work, I've started doing pushups. At first it was real weak, barely doing 20 from the knees, but now after about two weeks I'm up to about 10 good ones, all the way down, from the feet not the knees. Looking forward to increasing that.
I've also decided as a stop against gaining weight during the football season, I'm doing pushups during the games when my team scores. Had to do 30 pushups last week when UF stomped UT. I think I'm gonna be real tired the next couple weeks when we hang 50 on Ole Miss and Arky. Just doing per score, not cumulative, but I'd like to work up to that....someday. hey, it's a goal
