Minigoal was to be at or lower than 299 by today.
I was at 311 a few days ago. One day of not biking to work and one cheat night later, and here we are. Fvck.
As always, it's my own fault, and I know that and why. So, we're going to disney this weekend, and I've lost 39 lbs. That will definitely help from what I was before. I'm also in better shape from biking over 400 miles so I think I'll do ok, but I'm dissapointed in myself.
I also know weights can vary day to day since I didn't bike yesterday I'm fully hydrated and no bm before weighing so I'm sure those are factors also.
whuddevuh, I'm still committed to this woe, and I totally let myself go at the mexican place last night, but I'm still doing ok.
