Week 25

not too shabby. have made an effort to behave mo bettah on the weekends, and it seems to be working as I didn't really have a gain over the weekend this time

this is it. this is the week. We are going to Disney this friday. Will be at Magic Kingdom on Saturday all day, then trek around Downtown Disney Sunday, then wander home.

I feel much better about my chances of survival now than I did before I started this WOE, and even better than in May when I was 20'ish lbs heavier
