I had gone down to 309 at one point last week, but as always, I hit a new low and then I celelbrate and completely fubar it.
oh well.
interesting that cheating a little on the weekends makes you balloon up immediately because of the water retention. If I understand it right, when you eat carbs, your body stores glycogen, and it requires water to store it, so you have immediate weight gain. Then, when you get back on LC, the glycogen gets depleted and the water flushes.
big part of the reason why when you induct, you lose so much so...
