only .4 lbs this week, but hey, I didn't gain.

I continue to be amazed at the people here and how supportive everyone is and encouraging.

this place is the best support group I've ever been part of.

loss continues to be slow b/c of not exercising, eating poorly, and drinking too much.

I've kinda been resting on my laurels here lately, and it's showing. I need to get my initiative back and plow forward.

kinda binged a bit last week so no one to blame but myself.

I dunno if it's the CO I started on yesterday, or I just didn't make time to eat last night b/c I was so busy, but I was 315 tues, and 312.8 today.
