Week 9 Update

Well, I didn't post a week 8 update b/c I was out of town and away from a computer, I didn't even weigh in so we'll just scrap that week.
Week 9 weigh in is 334.8 as of this morning. That's a little over 2 months and just under 20lbs. Keep on truckin.
Wasn't at work all last week so didn't bike at all, and finally took my bike to the shop for a tune up and haven't gotten it back. Drove to work yesterday and hated it. Can't wait to get my bike back and get back on.
Also went off plan for about a week and half. Was sick and went to a funeral, but didn't really gain so that was great. Am back on plan now and ready to lose some more.
