Ok, so now that I'm back filled...

to bring us up to date, I'm still on plan, but have been drinking waaayyy too much. too easy to fall off that wagon.

I haven't really seen that much weight loss, but I have had to get a new belt, and clothes are fitting better.

I have also started biking to work. For W/E April 18, I biked M,W,F, and for this week W/E April 25, I hope to bike M-Th. I work a 9/80 schedule and this is my short week.

My hope is to bike everyday to work barring rain in the morning. I can already feel this morning my legs have gotten stronger from last week's riding.

I used to bike everyday to campus when in college, also biked a lot in highschool for fun. It's nice to be back on the bike for sure, but the novelty is already wearing off. Prolly because it's just riding to work, and not riding through any scenery for pleasure. Will have to make some time for that.

Will post my 6 week update tomorrrow. Got on the scale this morning, and it's not looking good....but I have no way of knowing how much lean muscle I've gained from the biking since my waist has indeed shrunk.

I would say that overall I have been feeling much less moody on this woe, and I do get a rush sitting at the desk all day from riding to work in the morning. thx.
