Well, I don't want to post this.

But I will.

I'm making it my ritual to post my weekly update so that I have some form of accountability.

I guess I shouldn't complai....errr, whine so much about not losing as fast as I want. I just get so jealous with all the folks on here who drop 10 lbs in one week. Must be nice...

After one month, I am down from 354.4 to 345 as of this morning. I have been as low as 343.6, but I'm still bouncing around. Always weigh on the same digital scale wearing the same thing.

Clothes are fitting better and I've worked out a couple times so I prolly do have some more muscle mass worked in there.

I'm just dissapointed b/c when I started this I figured I'd drop at least 20lbs in a month no problem. I had a goal of dropping 50lbs by May 9 when we take my daughter to Disney. Well, 3 and a half weeks to go and I don't see that happening.

whuddevuh. I am still commited to this woe, and I don't plan to quit. I am just having to continually readjust my expectations.

Funny thing is, I ask people I work with how much they think I weigh, and they're waaayyy off. I've gotten guesses anywhere from 250 to 295. Heh heh, at least being 6' 6" I've got the frame to hide it. Too bad my ankles don't lie.

Best wishes to all, and thanks for listening.
