Hi Everybody
I just started low carbing on the 18th. I'm doing this because I'm tired of the pain. I've got bad ankles, and being 6'6" 354 does not help them at all. Multiple sprained ankles, can't walk for extended amounts of time, I'm just tired of it.
So, hopefully this will get me there. I know I'm not supposed to check the scale everyday, but I find I can't help it. I was at 354 on tues the 18th, then 352 by the 20th, and now still 352 on the 21st. I feel like I'm stalling already.
Oh well, I've told myself to at least give it the two weeks and see what happens. I'd like to get down to 250. I'd at least like to be able to walk around Disney all day in May for my daughter's 4th birthday without major pain.
