Today was a great day !!
I weighed in at 194.6 for a weekly loss of 2# and 52.4 total.
I am confident that I am safely in Onderland and will be able to "keep" in the 50# loss block.
I was up 4# from Father's Day Brunch and I hope I learned from my bad choices.

great job Reg! Did I ever tell you that I was born in Bay Shore? My father's family were clammers off the bay. My grandparents had a cottage on West Island and I used to go there in the summer for a week or so.
