Morning Bloggers !! How is everyone today?

I got my walk in for today.......43 minutes. I plan on doing some aerobics on the Wii fit later today.

One thing I HATE about the WiiFit is the scale. It is less than the WW scale and it comes up every day during the fitness test. I think I gotta skip that step, because I am happier w/o the scale (because it is higher than last week).

Easier said than done to not let it affect me but it does. I can't have another gain this week.....I think I'll die.

Well, not sure what's on the agenda for today. I have an over due library book that I'm trying to finish this week. Maybe lunch at the beach is in order.

Take care all, thanks for visiting !! Have a SUPER day !!

I'm still giggling over what CeeCee and Cle said.

But seriously Reg I felt the same way this morning when I weighed it/ If I saw another gain. despite doing everything right I was gonna scream.

You are right about not letting it affect us, but it does and you'd have to be a Buddhist monk to not be disappointed and upset after you worked so hard and saw no results,

If the Wi has the option to turn off the scale or skip it then do it. It's not worth your sanity. And hey, you should applaud yourself for the personal growth you have achieved. Remember when you couldn't not step on the scale?

I agree with everybody!! Skip the scale and enjoy your workout! Everybody and I mean everybody one this site has an addiction to weighing themselves while dieting, although some of us can control it better than others. Either way, when it comes right down to it, we'll all look if a scale just happens before our eyes and we'll fall back into the "fat trap", where all we see is high numbers! Just keep your head up high and don't think about a pound here or there!!!!
