DD6 is on meds for strep. She's in good spirits. She can go back to school on Monday.

I'm really kicking ass with the walking. I added another block to my route. Yesterday it took me 45 minutes to complete, but I'm guessing It was only 3.0 MPH.....not my usual quickness. I was beat from work, but wanted to walk anyway. I'm almost in obsessing mode....wanting to get into Onederland before my goal date of Memorial Day.

When the 100 cal snacks are done, I am going to give them up for a while, or at least try. For the most part, these products are not reduced fat.....just reduced portion. If I go to a party, BBQ, etc, I'll stick a couple in my bag just-in-case. Except for those occasions the box will stay in the garage.....out of sight. I'll stick to rice cakes, popcorn, carrots, toast with all-fruit, etc for snacks.

My bodily plumbing is working well today.....wonder what I did differently. Usually I have a difficult time before weigh ins

Not much planned for today. DH is out playing golf. DS9 has a soccer game, DD6 is going to rest. And, if the weather holds up, I wanna go for a walk. I've never earned more than 12 activity points in a week and I have that in so far as of Saturday, with 3 days to go.

Onederland, here she comes!!! I love your determination Reg. It can become obessive when we are seeing results, I am not sure that is a bad thing!! Way to GO!!

Reg you are kicking butt! I am so proud of you with all your exercise.

Good choice about the 1oo cal packs too. Sticking to real food will yield better results. Sure a nice snack is good everyone in a while but the healthier ones are just so much better for you.

If I had those in my house I would rip through 'em all in a day!!!!!!
