Today is DH's 41st birthday......ahhhhh.....to be young.....must be nice.

Work gave me an extra night off tonight which is good so I can make DH dinner of his choice (roast beef, baked potatoes, broccoli w/ cheese sauce, crescent rolls, gravy) and enjoy his day. I got him carrot cake for dessert.......his favorite, I hate it, LOL. He's been asking for a wallet so I got him 2, and picked up his favorite candies (which I will be sending to work with him tomorrow or he has to hide it)

I'm happy that I've hit the 40# mark on Weight Watchers........not sure how obsessive I should be about my next goal of 199#. I've been sooooo good, so gung-ho, so obsessive that it has been stressful.

I think I need to stop buying snacks (ie: 100 cal packs) and stick with 94% popcorn, FF pretzels, carrots and FF dip, fruit, Lite toast and fruit spread etc.

I already have 2 days of walking in this week, and the week only started yesterday. Maybe I can have snacks if I walk EVERY day. Opps....there I go.....crazy mode again.

Hi to all my visitors and have a great evening !!

Hey Reg, def the 100 cal packs are so good but I get into trouble with them! you'll get to your next goal soon! No stressing though...if you end up in the hospital they'll have to sneak you in 100 cal packs...I must say though healthy snacks aren't so bad...baked apples are awesome..anyway this is your blog not mine lol Have a great evening!

Hi Reg! When I did WW, I ran into the same problem. I figured since I deducted them from my points that they would be ok. The problem with that is I continuously crave when I eat them. I had to stop buying them. But I think I remember somewhere in the literature it shows a chart on how many points you can add per/day if you are active. So keep the walking up and maybe you can enjoy those snacks without incidents

WTG, on losing the first 40#'s that is definitely something to celebrate!
