Another rainy day in NY !!

I worked last night, so as soon as the kids were off to school I went to bed. I got a good 4 hours sleep.

Then, I had to be at DD6's classroom by 2:15 for "Mother's Day Tea". It was swell. I had a munchkin and cookie with my DD while they sang and put on a little show.

Well, well, well.......... During prime tanning time the temp on land is doing to be 68*-71*today. I'm guessing 5*-10* cooler by the bay. I may actually get to the beach today....we shall see.

Another great walking day on Sunday. Day2 of the "new route" (2.2miles) and I did it in 39 minutes (Day 1 was 45minutes). Knowing that I would only earn 2 APs I walked until I hit 45 minutes. I was sweating when finished.

I pass by my house twice yesterday (2nd time should have been my ending point, but needed more minutes) and about a dozen neighbors were outside. When I passed they asked me to join them for a beer and I said "I'll be back in a MILE"...
